Ensure you are ready to be back on campus for the Spring 2022 semester!
Vaccination Requirements for Spring 2022
Attending in-person or hybrid classes for the Spring 2022 semester? All students attending in-person and hybrid classes are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Any enrolled student who has not uploaded proof of vaccination documents to CUNYfirst by Jan. 18 will be de-registered from in-person and hybrid classes for non-compliance with the vaccination mandate. If they subsequently upload proof, they may register for courses up to the end of the add/drop period on February 3. Be sure to upload your Covid-19 vaccination documentation on CUNYfirst to ensure continued access to campus. A user guide on how to upload proof of verification can be found here.
Have you already received your booster shot? Visit CUNY’s Vaccination Policy FAQs for guidelines for the booster. Click here for the user guide on how to upload proof of booster.
Need to get a test? A reminder that we are offering free PCR testing at ALL CUNY testing sites. Any student who needs to be tested for any reason may walk into a site, show their CUNY ID, register in the system and get tested. Results will be available as usual within 24 to 48 hours. Check for the citywide CUNY locations—including the first floor of the Newman Vertical Campus.
Get Your CUNY Vax Pass
After students upload proof of vaccination in CUNYfirst, wait for it to be approved, then register for the “CUNY Access Pass” through Cleared4 for easy access to campus. Click here for details on registering for CUNY Access Pass!
